If a book reaches you damaged, or it is not the book you ordered, we will put it right. Here is how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
You can return a book within 5 days of receiving it. It must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Call or WhatsApp us on 071 081 4513 as soon as you open the parcel, with a photo if you can. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and we cover the postage both ways.
To swap a book for a different title, contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Once the returned book reaches us and we have checked it, we will tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are paid back the way you paid (for cash on delivery orders, by bank transfer) and do not include the original delivery charge.
You pay the postage to send a book back, unless the return is because of our mistake (a wrong, damaged or faulty book).
We process refunds and exchanges within 5 working days of receiving the book. Your bank may take a few more days to show the money.
